Lakers throttle Bobcats

The Charlotte Bobcats moved to a league worst 3-19 after getting blasted 106-73 by the Los Angeles Lakers.
Troy Murphy, Matt Barnes and Andrew Goudelock all had double figures off the bench, Andrew Bynum had a double-double and Kobe Bryant dropped in a game-high 24 points as the Lakers opened up a large half-time lead and never looked back.
The Golden State Warriors sent the Sacramento Kings to a fifth straight loss with a 93-90 win in Oakland, CA. Brandon Rush came off the bench to hit four 3-pointers as part of a 6-of-10 evening to lead Golden State with 20 points.
Memphis put a stop to their four-game slide with a 100-97 overtime win against the Denver Nuggets. O.J. Mayo scored five of his 18 points in the extra period and Rudy Gay and Marc Gasol each scored 20 as the Grizzlies rebounded well from the loss to the San Antonio Spurs the night before.
Memphis now hits the road for a three game trip with stops in Atlanta, Oklahoma City and Boston before playing the Spurs once more next Monday.
