Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini was delighted with a victory and a clean sheet at home to Fulham, as his side shrugged off their recent loss at Everton.
The Citizens moved three points ahead of rivals Manchester United at the top of the Premier League table, with City 1.10 to go on and win the title, while United are 7.50.

It was important we had a clean sheet and we needed to get back to winning ways after the defeat to Everton.

City eased to a 3-0 win over the Cottagers at the Etihad Stadium, with Mancini feeling that the result and the performance were important after a 1-0 reverse at Goodison Park last time out.
The Italian said: "It was an important win for the team. The guys gave a very good display - we scored three goals and didn’t concede any.
"It was important we had a clean sheet and we needed to get back to winning ways after the defeat to Everton."
Mancini also vowed to keep his players focused on the job in hand rather than worrying about both United's and Spurs' results
"We can only worry about what we do and we have to keep winning and try and win every game we play," he added.
Next up for City is a trip to the Midlands next Sunday to take on Aston Villa, with the visitors hoping to avoid a repeat of a 1-0 defeat in the corresponding fixture last season.
Earlier this season Mancini's men swept Villa aside 4-1 at the Etihad and they are 1.72 to take all three points on their travels next weekend, with the draw 3.75.
