The Sky Blues recently revealed that their incumbent coach will step down from his position at the end of the club before returning back to his native land of Czech Republic.
Sydney FC are 2.00 to defeat Newcastle Jets, who themselves are 3.80 to get the win.
Under Lavicka's guidance, Sydney won the league double two years ago, but the team's performances this season have gone down quite a bit and there is a good chance that they might now even qualify for the playoffs this time around.

The World Game has reported that former Manchester United captain Roy Keane and Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola are the early frontrunners for the job, although nothing is finalised yet.
There has also been some talk that the Sky Blues might try to snag Central Coast coach Graham Arnold or Brisbane Roar's Ange Postecoglou. Both however are contractually tied to their clubs for multiple years and that might prove to be stumbling block in any move.
In a recent press conference, Melton said: "It's got to be done in the right way. We'll be looking here and overseas and we've got to work out the set attributes; what are the must-haves, what can we afford and what can we make happen?
"As we embark upon the process we'll get a better understanding of what candidates are available and who meets our needs."
